We want you to love your beauty routine, so if a product isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Indicate whether you would like a direct exchange for a different shade, a store credit for future beauty hauls, or a full refund to your original payment method.

  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original box or a padded mailer to ensure they arrive safely back at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Relax

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship your new favorites within 5-7 business days.
